Love's spices: A little bit of daydreaming, a little bit of exercises.

Just to set the mood, I'm listening to When a mannnnn looooves a woooman by none other than Percy Sledge da bomb. A good ol' black guy who can really sing during the days where auto-tuning wasn't invented. Anyway coming back to SLA. What are Love Spices? It's not an official saying you know, I just made it up myself moments ago LOL. So don't embarrass yourself talking about love spices to your friends and expecting them to know what the spice you're talking about.

Why daydreaming? It is scientifically proven that daydreaming provides individuals with a sense of calm and peace that can last the whole day. Because of work, facebook, commitments, laziness, tumblr, #takenforgranted, twitter (realise I mentioned facebook, twitter, and tumblr? Think about it.), most of us are drifting apart from some of our friends, or even your lover. You start to feel agitated that somehow you don't have anymore friends left, or you don't love your lover as much as before because of the minimal time spent with each other. Either way, it's negative. So slowly get your asses off facebook and twitter, use them responsibly, and not tweet every 5 minutes which irritates the fuck out of me and him and her.

In any case, just take a few minutes of quiet time and focus on how you want your relationship or love life to turn out. Maybe is waking up to each other every morning, have a few charming kids running around, start a family and buy your own house, wife-swappings.... Everybody has their own perfect love future. What's yours? This shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes, after daydreaming, you should be able to feel motivated to love someone again, or treat your partner better than before. It doesn't hurt daydreaming so try it.

What about exercising?! Yeah yeah you must be thinking I'm gonna write SEX. BUT NO, IT'S NOT SEX. "CAN YOU ALL DON'T LOOK AT ME THIS WAY!?" EXERCISING is one of the best ways to create energy. Like duh. Research has shown that exercising is actually the best cure for depression. If you need an exercise trainer, do call the same hotline as stated above, rule is females only. Okay anyway if you're feeling lonely, unmotivated, or you're still depressed over your ex-boyfriend who disappeared after telling you he has some lame sickness which is obviously fake (from my friend's real story), sweat it out. Just pick up a pair of running shoes, socks, short (must be real short) FBT triangle running pants and your sports bra, go have a run. It rejuvenates your energy, and gives you the extra push that you need to love all over again. It's like I'M ALL READY TO LOVE AGAIN kinda feeling. But as a general rule for everything in life...
NEVER ever overdo it.

Believe it or not, it's entirely up to you. But no harm trying yeah? It's free. Just cut down the no. of hours you stick your fucking face in twitter and facebook, utilise it, who know's, you may have new resolutions in love which will definitely propel you to higher heights.
